Giving Tuesday

24 HOURS OF GIVING

Join us on #GivingTuesday to help homeless seniors find a new beginning

Campaign Update: The Parker Foundation has agreed to match all donations made to Serving Seniors on Giving Tuesday, dollar for dollar, up to the first $7,500. Be sure to give on November 27 and double the impact of your gift!

#GivingTuesday is a national day of giving designed to kick off the charitable season when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday is your opportunity to use your retail savings to make a difference in your community by supporting the causes that mean the most to you.

More than 1,700 seniors will spend this holiday season living on the streets of San Diego County.

This #GivingTuesday, Serving Seniors is raising funds to provide meals, housing, and supportive services for homeless seniors. Our goal is to raise $8,000 in 24 hours—enough to provide a transitional home and wraparound services to four homeless San Diego seniors.

Please make a donation to Serving Seniors on #GivingTuesday to provide shelter, a hot meal, and a helping hand to an older adults who otherwise would be #HomelessForTheHolidays.

Don’t want to wait? Make your gift now here.

You can also support the campaign by signing up to receive emails and following us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as we share stories of some very special seniors who have been helped by our services. Don’t forget to share with your friends and family!

We look forward to seeing you on November 27!
